 New range launched with Silgan White Cap closure
PJ Fresh, Sweden’s leading fresh juice producer, has chosen Silgan White Cap’s 38mm Plasti-Twist® closure with liner for a new product launch.
“Fresh!? Juice
“Fresh!? is a 100% real juice product, with no concentrates. It is available
in 5-6 varieties, including carrot and orange. There is no pasteurisation, the juice is simply pressed, filled, distributed and drunk.
“Fresh!? has a shelf-life of 4-5 days in a chiller cabinet. It is available in a
0.37 litre PE-HO plastic container.
Benefits of Plasti-Twist® with Liner
The 38mm Plasti-Twist® closure with liner is a 2-piece compression
moulded vacuum closure. It is made of polypropylene and also features a compression moulded liner.
The cap has 2 threads for better application and flat liner profile for sealing of PET bottles. It has a patented drop-down tamper evident band. After opening
the band stays on the container, and, as the band is not attached to the closure, it is easier to reseal the container.
The 38mm Plasti-Twist® cap has low removal torques for easy opening and excellent resealability.

Founded in 2006, PJ Fresh, of Borås, is the No 1 company in Sweden for fresh juice. In total it offers 10-12 fresh products. It plans to launch fresh fruit salads and fresh soups in 2007.
