AMCOR WHITE CAP RECEIVES SPECIAL PERSONAL AWARD FOR VINO-TWIST CLOSURE
Civ and Civ (Coltiva Group) supplied by Amcor White Cap Italia, has won an “OSCAR dell’imballaggio 2006” at the Italian Packaging Awards held in Milan on 14th February. The award, in the Environmental Category, was for “Bella Tavola” Italian wine. This features a 48mm Vino-Twist metal Twist-Off lug closure produced by Amcor White Cap Italia.
As a partner of Civ and Civ Amcor White Cap received a personal “OSCAR dell’imballaggio? certificate, in recognition of its contribution to the project.

The product is sold in a 1 litre glass carafe. The new feature is the resealable wide mouth metal cap on the bottle – Vino-Twist.
The resealable carafe is remarkable glass packaging for Italy. The bottle shape is
reminiscent of an old Italian style jar, the carafe, where open wine was offered in the restaurant – the so called “Litro d’Osteria?. The pack is a combination of new (closure) and tradition (Carafe).

The resealable packaging is ideal for on-the-go consumption.
