Silgan White Cap Europe has opened a new dedicated sales and service office to serve the Turkish and surrounding exports markets.

Headed by Bülent Samli, the Silgan White Cap Turkey's team has many years experience in the packaging industry, particularly the closures sector. Coupled with the extensive manufacturing capabilities of Silgan White Cap Europe, the new office, based in the centre of Istanbul, will be able to offer customers a highly specialised and bespoke service to meet their individual closure requirements.
A key focus for the new Turkish operation will be reliability and flexibility of supply. By being able to access the full range of closures manufactured at Silgan White Cap's factories throughout Europe, Silgan White Cap Turkey will be able to offer the widest choice of closure solutions to meet different product specifications. Equally important, with the large number of manufacturing facilities at its disposal - all delivering the same high quality closures - the Turkish office will be able to easily handle customers' peak demand periods with full security of supply.
Expertise and Experience
Turkish customers will also benefit from the wide-ranging expertise of Silgan White Cap Europe's Total System Solution customer service, including help and advice on closure materials and capping and sealing systems, ensuring each time a closure precisely tailored to the needs of the individual product. Particular areas of expertise include compound materials for high acid products and the latest knowledge and advice regarding food migration issues.
All closures are manufactured to European and International standards - including FDA, BRC, HACCP and ISO 14001 - providing full compatibility for co-packing operations and global supply.
