Amcor White Cap's 48mm Vino-Twist metal Twist-Off lug closure has been selected by a leading Italian wine producer for a new packaging launch.
BELLA TAVOLA is a white and red wine range, produced by Civ & Civ (Coltiva Group) of Modena, Italy.
The new packaging
The new feature is a resealable wide mouth metal cap on the bottle – Vino-Twist.<br>
The product is available in a 1litre glass carafe, embossed 4 times with the brand name "BELLA TAVOLA ". The 48mm Vino-Twist is supplied in 2 different colours – blue for white wine, gold for red.
The resealable carafe with wide mouth closure is remarkable glass packaging for Italy. The bottle shape is reminiscent of an old Italian style jar, the carafe, where open wine was offered in the restaurant – the so called "Litro d'Osteria". The pack is a combination of new (closure) and tradition (carafe).
