Silgan White Cap 200
The Silgan White Cap 200 jar sealing machine is the new, lower-cost version of the Silgan White Cap 300. It has the same line speed of up to 300 Twist-Off® caps per minute. The Silgan White Cap 200 is the same basic model and concept as the Silgan White Cap 300, 500 and 600 series and has the following features:
 Open frame high-quality stainless steel design for optimum cleaning and minimal maintenance.
Divided front cover; sufficient opening for standard production or can be easily adjusted for complete access.
Separated, synchronised drives for machine head and conveyor; speeds of the two drives are controlled by a
frequency converter and can be synchronised with the filling machine, as an option.
Easy to set and adjust; the single point connected cap application unit is easy to change, to adjust and to
maintain.
In order to be able to offer this low-cost alternative to the Silgan White Cap 300, the electronic height adjustment feature has been omitted and several details have been simplified.
The Silgan White Cap 200 is best suited to businesses which do not require a very high performance machine and for production environments with a limited number of changeovers.
