38mm Plasti-Twist® Triple Seal Closure, 2 Threads, CDD
The 38mm Plasti-Twist® Triple Seal, Type
2 Threads, closure is a compression moulded
linerless polyethylene plastic closure, with
2 threads, and a patented d-tamper evident
band. The closure is designed for cold and
aseptic filling.
The Triple Seal function of the cap offers many
advantages. There are 3 contact sealing areas
for the closure and the container finish. A top,
inner and outer seal area guarantee a hermetic,
airtight seal, hence the name "Triple Seal".
For further ease of opening the 38mm Plasti-
Twist® Triple Seal cap has low opening torques.
Other important features include pull-up
controls that correspond to controls on PET
bottles for immediate non-destructive visual
checks of good closure application - a
valuable benefit for increased production line
efficiency.
Top printing is possible on the closure.
The matt (as opposed to gloss) finish on the
closure surface guarantees enhanced printing
opportunities.
The 38mm Plasti-Twist® Triple Seal closure is
suitable for use with PET, PP and HDPE bottles.
The closure is ideal for many cold fill and
aseptic fill applications including juices, still
juice drinks, health drinks, iced tea, fresh milk
and milk drinks.
