Combi-Twist® 63mm BTO
The 63mm BTO Combi-Twist® is a composite
closure, which is produced in the USA.
It combines Twist-Off® and Plasti-Twist®
technologies into a single closure system.
It is designed for cold and hot fill
applications for plastic and glass containers,
and has excellent barrier properties.
The 63mm BTO Combi-Twist® main
characteristics:
Superior Sealing Performance
The closure incorporates a metal panel with
plastisol gasket and a plastic fitment with tamper
evident band. The gasket ensures an excellent
sealing performance on all types of container.
Improved Tamper Evidence
The patented drop down safety band provides
improved tamper evidence. The closure is
available with or without a vacuum safety button.
With this feature the button pops up with
an audible click during first opening, when the
vacuum is released. It provides a triple safety
feature as you can see, feel and hear the change.

A multi-start 4 thread system ensures
improved cap application and removal. |

The cap can be applied with straight-line
belt or rotary sealing machines. |

There is a dud detection system, similar to
metal closures. |

The plastic fitment is available in a variety
of colours. |

The metal panel has the same litho print
possibilities as regular metal PT and
Twist-Off® closures. |
